Does Buddiary cost anything?
No. All core features are free and ad-free. Buddiary Plus is an optional one-time purchase for extras.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no server. Install the app and start.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone, encrypted. You save backups yourself, for example to a folder your cloud service syncs.
What happens when I switch phones?
Create a backup on the old phone, restore it on the new one – done. Get Buddiary Plus back with “Restore purchases”.
Will my friends know what I write about them?
No. Nobody gets notified. Nothing leaves your phone unless you share it yourself.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not at the moment – Buddiary is for Android and comes to Google Play.
